"Increasingly, more and more companies are realizing that well-established improvisational-based training can have dramatic, positive and long lasting impact on employees working in a volatile economy." (Business Wire, 2002)
"We specialize in using improvisational tools, experiences and theory to enhance communication and team work in fun, interactive sessions," says Eric Farone, Instructional Designer and Senior Facilitator. "We utilize a myriad of exercises and games that strengthen and foster a positive, 'can-do' attitude necessary for moving forward on stage. These same exercises applied to a professional realm are used to create stronger connections and a more productive work environment."

Why Improv? When you are improvising on stage you are creating something out of nothing in a dynamic situation where you know immediately whether you are winning hearts and minds. You must listen and accept gifts. You have to field curveballs and accept the unknown gracefully. It is natural to fight for the status quo, but improv is about moving forward together with a common focus and goal.
Since this is something that does not come easily for most, improv games and exercises have been created to help improvisers learn these skills and utilize them in nerve-racking situations. These skills are imperatives in improv, but also in any situation where teamwork, thinking on your feet, collaborating or working in an ever-changing environment, to name a few, would be of a benefit.
Because of the structure of the workshops, the participants have greater buy-in and retention. They discover the lesson and its objective. Since they discover the point, they don't have to be brought on board. They own it.
In general the sessions are fun, interactive, creative, actively engaging the participants getting them moving and involved. They discover the lessons, creating long term retention. Best case scenario: these workshops can win hearts and minds - at the least they will create a fun atmosphere to impart some useful skills.
