Perfomrance Showcase Date TBD
The Harold is the original long form improvisation piece and it is said that all other forms are born from it. The Harold is often misunderstood and minimized by just focusing on the bones of its structure. In this class we explore openings, structure, scenes, games, themes and advanced choices. We will cover the basics of the form and then surpass it in order to give life to the form. The Harold is more than a progression of scenes and games; it is the ultimate expression of improvisation. Learn how to create unique Harolds that are the natural outcome from the suggestion, the players and is the ultimate expression of Group Mind.
Eric Farone has been doing Improv for over 25 years, most of it in Denver. He started learning improv in Chicago at The Second City, IO, Players Workshop, and at the Annoyance Theater. They have been in business for over 18 years and operating the space at 1527 Champa for the last 14 years.
