Waiver of Liability I have enrolled in a performing arts class sponsored or conducted by Players Workshop West and/or Bovine Metropolis, Inc. I have been advised and understand that this class may involve certain physical activities and the use of various props or other devises, and that there is a risk of injury inherent in any such physical performance and/or the use of such props or devices. I hereby acknowledge and represent that I have no physical condition or limitation which would give rise to any unusual risk of injury to me from such activities. I agree that it is my obligation to expressly inform Players Workshop West and/or Bovine Metropolis, Inc. of any such condition or limitation I may have prior to my participation in the performing arts class. By agreeing to participate in this program, I hereby assume all risk of injury of any kind or character that may result from my participation in this program. I further agree that Players Workshop West, Bovine Metropolis, Inc., their officers, directors, agents, employees, contractors, and their heirs successors and assigns shall have no liability of any kind or character that may result from my participation in this program. I further agree that Players Workshop West, Bovine Metropolis, Inc., their officers, directors, agents, employees, contractors, and their heirs successors and assigns shall have no liability of any kind or character whatsoever for any injury I may sustain as a result of my participation in this program.
