The Bovine turns women's magazines on their heads in the 32nd sketch show. In “Bovanity Fair,” seven local actors/writers explore self-help topics through original sketches and songs.

The cast offers advice on smart money management, looking busy at work, and inter-political issues so love can even conquer McCain/Obama allegiances. Recession issues are put to music. A love story is told via cell phones. And, all topics are explored with a witty twist – a signature of Bovine sketch shows.

“This show is for anyone who has ever asked themselves, ‘how do I get the career I want, how do I get the relationship I want, and how do I handle money matters,’” says Assistant Director, Elizabeth Parks. “Bovanity Fair takes a look at the burning questions of contemporary society through comic lenses; it's affirming, informative, thought provoking entertainment addressing the need for a little self-help in all of us.”
